This all-levels class invites you to slow down with longer-held, accessible poses and calming breathwork that gently supports your nervous system. You don’t need anything fancy, just yourself, a mat, and the willingness to be present. Whether you're brand new to yoga or returning to your practice, this is your space to unwind and reset.
