Abby Bilinsky

Abby began practicing yoga in 2008, before the birth of her first son, and immediately connected to its ability to strengthen both body and mind. What started as a workout soon became a source of peace, balance, and self-discovery. A lifelong teacher and mover, Abby has spent years helping others learn and grow—as an elementary educator, children’s ski instructor, and group fitness enthusiast since her teenage years.

Abby will complete her RYT 200 certification through &Yoga in Morgantown, WV, in November 2025. Her classes weave together Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, and Restorative styles to offer a thoughtful balance of movement, mindfulness, and meditation. She strives to create a warm and welcoming space where students can connect inward and leave feeling grounded, centered, and renewed.

A lover of travel and adventure, Abby hopes to combine her passion for yoga, exploration, and community to inspire others to seek growth and joy both on and off the mat. She holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Hotel, Restaurant and Institutional Management and a Master’s in Education. Abby lives in Canonsburg, PA, with her husband and three sons, and enjoys hiking, watching her boys play sports, and planning their next great adventure.

Jill Sansom

Jill is a RYT200 yoga instructor with over 14 years teaching - she holds additional certifications including Body by Breath®, Yoga Tune UP®, Yin Yoga and the Roll Model® as she enjoys being a perpetual student.

She weaves different yoga influences and body mechanics into each of her creative classes, with emphasis on breath mechanics and regulating the nervous system.  She is a reiki practitioner and sound healer with crystal bowls and tuning forks, and enjoys bringing these modalities to her teachings as well.  She feels that every class can be meaningful and powerful, with an intensity regulator that can be set by each student to ensure the experience meets them where they are  at that moment.  As time on the yoga mat can be reflective or predictive of our lives "off" of our mat, our intention, mindfulness and curiosity are a priority!  Stillness can be as powerful as movement and Jill's style of teaching incorporates both.  From beginners to more experienced yogis you will find benefit and fun in Jill's class.

Jill encourages exploration and variation, while building confidence, balance, strength and flexibility.  Outside of teaching Jill enjoys walking, biking, learning, spending time with her family and friends, traveling and time with her golden retrievers!

Vayda Clark

Vayda is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) through Yoga Alliance and has been practicing yoga for over 10 years. What began as a form of exercise quickly evolved into a deeper, more intentional practice rooted in self-connection, mindfulness, and overall well-being. Inspired by the transformative impact yoga had on her own life, Vayda completed her yoga teacher training with Joni Staaf Stamford through Insight with Joni in 2023.

Vayda’s teaching style emphasizes creating a grounded, supportive, and inclusive space where students can connect breath with movement and cultivate awareness both on and off the mat. She is passionate about helping others slow down, reconnect with themselves, and approach their practice with intention and compassion.

In addition to teaching yoga, Vayda is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology at Chatham University as she works toward becoming a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). She hopes to integrate yoga, reiki, mindfulness, and other holistic wellness practices into her future counseling work to support healing through a whole-person approach.

Bonnie Sharpnack, BSN CRMT

I have been practicing Reiki for 12 years. I started my Reiki journey when my husband was diagnosed with cancer. That’s when I learned how Reiki could dramatically reduce his pain and leave him without nausea and fatigue after chemo treatments. After this, I knew my mission was to educate everyone about what Reiki could do, not only for cancer patients but for anyone who wants to experience the wonderful relaxation and anxiety relief it offers. Now, I use a diverse set of integrative wellness methods that activate the healing intelligence in your body.

I didn’t want to just practice Reiki. I wanted to teach classes so others could experience the profound effects and changes learning Reiki can offer. I received my Reiki Master Teacher Certification in 2016 at the Energy Connection Healing and Learning Center in Irwin and have been teaching all levels of Usui Reiki. In 2021, I pursued Holy Fire Reiki Training and became a Certified Holy Fire and Karuna Reiki Master Teacher. I also teach Animal Reiki, Angel classes and various other classes centered on mind, body, and spiritual practices.
