Bonnie Sharpnack, BSN CRMT

I have been practicing Reiki for 12 years. I started my Reiki journey when my husband was diagnosed with cancer. That’s when I learned how Reiki could dramatically reduce his pain and leave him without nausea and fatigue after chemo treatments. After this, I knew my mission was to educate everyone about what Reiki could do, not only for cancer patients but for anyone who wants to experience the wonderful relaxation and anxiety relief it offers. Now, I use a diverse set of integrative wellness methods that activate the healing intelligence in your body.

I didn’t want to just practice Reiki. I wanted to teach classes so others could experience the profound effects and changes learning Reiki can offer. I received my Reiki Master Teacher Certification in 2016 at the Energy Connection Healing and Learning Center in Irwin and have been teaching all levels of Usui Reiki. In 2021, I pursued Holy Fire Reiki Training and became a Certified Holy Fire and Karuna Reiki Master Teacher. I also teach Animal Reiki, Angel classes and various other classes centered on mind, body, and spiritual practices.

Alissa Casper Botticchio

Lissa's love for yoga began at the age of 11 when she found a Yoga Zone VHS and played it until the tape wore out. Ten years later, her first studio experience was a hot power vinyasa class that left her sweaty, exhausted, and craving more. Through their work/trade program, she continued to deepen her practice over the years while giving back to the studio that became her second home.

In 2019, Lissa completed her 200-hour YTT through South Hills Power Yoga and supplemental restorative yoga training with Gracie Jurkowski of Das Atemhaus. She also practiced acro yoga under the instruction of Darcy Lyle, where she learned to appreciate the world from a new perspective - upside down!

Lissa’s goal as an instructor is to share the mental, physical, and emotional benefits of yoga with anyone who’s willing to receive them. She believes that yoga is for everybody and every body and is an advocate for modifications and props. Her teaching style is playful and authentic with a focus on balance between effort and ease.

When she’s not teaching or practicing, you can find Lissa at a concert, playing with her rescue pup, or probably taking a nap.
