Common Questions

Do I need experience to join a class?

Not at all! All of our classes welcome beginners. Our instructors offer modifications so you can practice safely at your own level. Yoga I and Chair Yoga are especially great starting points.

What's the difference between packages and memberships?

Packages give you a set number of class credits to use at your own pace — great if your schedule varies. Memberships give you unlimited access for a set period — ideal if you want to practice regularly and save more over time.

Are there any long-term contracts?

Our packages have no contracts at all — buy and use at your own pace. Our memberships are month-to-month commitments for the duration you choose (6 or 12 months), with no surprise fees or hidden costs.

How do I know which package is right for me?

If you're brand new, start with our 2-Week Trial or New Customer Month — they're designed to let you explore without committing. If you already know you love yoga and want to practice 2-3x per week, an unlimited membership will save you the most money.

What classes are included with my package or membership?

Most packages and memberships cover all standard yoga classes including Yoga I, Yoga II, Yin Yoga, Kundalini, Chair Yoga, Power Flow, Restorative Yoga, Meditation/Breathwork, Pilates, and more. Specialty workshops may require separate registration.

Can I share my class credits with someone else?

Class credits are tied to your account and are intended for personal use. If you'd like to bring a friend or gift classes, we offer single-class purchases that make a wonderful gift.
