This traditional mat Pilates class enhanced with resistance bands and light hand weights to add challenge and variety. The class focuses on building core strength, improving posture, flexibility, and overall body control through precise, flowing movements. Props are used to increase resistance, support proper alignment, and deepen muscular engagement. Emphasis is placed on breath, control, and mindful execution. Suitable for all levels, with modifications and progressions offered for a balanced, full-body workout
