Power Flow yoga

Power Flow Yoga (with Props)

This dynamic Power Flow Yoga class blends strength, breath, and mindful movement, enhanced through the use of props such as blocks, straps.

Props are used not as “supports only,” but as tools to deepen poses, refine alignment, increase strength, and offer accessible options.

Suitable for students with some yoga experience, this class encourages curiosity and self-awareness. You’ll leave feeling strong, centered, and energized, with a deeper understanding of how props can elevate your practice rather than limit it.
