Ready to start your yoga journey?

This six-week series is designed just for YOU — no flexibility or experience needed! Each 90-minute session will include workshop-style demonstrations and lectures followed by an instructor-led class with hands-on assistance. Learn the foundational poses, breathwork, and build confidence in a welcoming, supportive environment.
