Yoga I

Intro to basics and fundamentals of Yoga and poses. Learn proper alignment, mindful breathing techniques, meditation , and the use of props. Basic postures are shown to promote strength and flexibility. This class moves at a slower pace with controlled movements to build confidence in your yoga postures. Designed for students with no experience as well as seasoned practitioners.
