Yoga II

This class explores a wider variety of postures and moves at a more heart pumping fast pace. Continuous flow of movements builds strength, and generates heat to purify the body. The fluidity of movements allows your focus to be shifted to the SELF. Breath becomes a key. This is a great class for those who have some experience practicing yoga and want to develop a stronger practice.
