Where is the studio entrance?

Our current entrance is located in the rear of the building for easy access.
A new main street entrance on West Pike will open once renovations are complete.

Do I need to register before class?

Yes—online registration is required for all classes.

How do I pay for classes or memberships?

Online payment is required to reserve your spot

Memberships/packages can also be paid in advance at the studio (cash or check) to avoid processing fees

Is there a registration cutoff time?

Yes—registration closes 2 hours before class starts.

What is the cancellation policy?

Classes must be canceled at least 12 hours in advance

Late cancellations or no-shows may result in:

Loss of class credit

A $15 fee for unlimited members

What happens if I forget to cancel?

Unlimited members receive one free pass (freebie).
After that, missed classes without proper cancellation will incur a $15 charge.

Can I sign someone else up for a class?

Yes—but please register them using their own name, email, and phone number.
Using your contact info for multiple people can cause system issues.
