The Mat Yoga/Pilates Class is designed with a combination of precise movements and mindful breathing which allows you to connect deeply with your body promoting a sense of balance and harmony.

Mats, blankets, pillows, and bolsters are provided and will be set up and sanitized for class. You are also welcome to bring your own.
