
The movement of this restorative practice will be slow, and the focus is about surrendering to the pose. Attention to staying mindful and in the present moment will help us bring that connection to our breath, our body and our minds. Slow deep stretches and relaxing Poses will be shown. Being still and relaxed will aid in deepening the stretch to gain better range of motion and flexibility. Pillows, blankets, bolsters and props will be used.
